Return policy
Biba has a 7 day policy, which means that you are able to return an item 7 days after the delivery date. In addition, payment refunds are only applicable when one has received a damaged product or a product in the wrong size. In the event that you choose to return the product for other reasons, an eVoucher is available that is valid for a duration of 3 months.
In terms of exchanging items, you can only exchange your garment for a similar size or a different size. If you choose to do so, it is required that you correctly package the garment just as you received it. In addition, it is required that you clearly mark on the package “Biba Return”.
Cancel policy
Biba has a simple cancelation policy that is available for all their customers.
